他的小孩是96年6月1日出生的，但他的I-130 （Jan 14,2003 交到的）好像是去年9月排期到了（我們一直沒有接到通知，所以現在才開始辦）。是不是他的小孩這次不能同時來，需要他來後按F2-b申請小孩來。 如果是這樣，F2-b要等至少5年，那他的小孩在這5年中是不是就不能結婚，結了婚F2-b申請就會失效嗎？

-Find the I-130 approval date (i.e. the daate USCIS issued the I-130 approval notice, then calculate the cild's CSPA age as I mentioned in my previous response. The child should not be age-out yet, so the child should be qualified for application for the immigrant visa together with the father.
