有幾個關於H-1B的問題，請教老師，
1. 如果H-1B換雇主，申請transfer失敗，還可以為原雇主工作麽？如果在有效期內。
-Yes as long as the original employer does not request USCIS to revoke the approved H-1B yet.
2. 抽簽第一年抽中，但case被deny，第二年同一個雇主再次申請，還需要抽簽麽？-Yes.
如果不同雇主呢？
3. H-1B的持有者如果長時間在中國國內（比如一年中有一半的時間），入境美國時，海關有可能會不讓進來麽？即使身上帶著tax return/employment verification letter/pay stub/I-129 approval等等。
-No problem as long as the employment verification letter is issued just before you return (not issued more than one year ago), and the H-1B approval notice does not expire yet.
