485現在是Current， 但不知道何時能批下來。AP下月就要過期了，因家人生病，需要五月份中旬回國一次，時間大約一個月。請問:

如想用AP處境，就需要重新申請AP，現在還來得及嗎？

-Just file a new AP application (it is free, anyway) now. If you can not the approved AP in time, you just need to bring the I-131 filing receipt notice to the local USCIS Office to get the emergency AP for the travel.

如果用AP出境，在境外時485會批準嗎？如批準，回來入境時還能用AP入境嗎？

-Yes.

律師建議回國申請H1B入境，用I94出境，如在境外時485批準，能用H1B入境嗎？

-AP is much better than H-1 visa in your case.
