8老師您好！

我是姐妹F4移民，現在排期還沒到，估計明年下半年排期到。現在我有個問題想請教：如果妹妹的老公因家中老人年事已高，需要照顧，不能馬上移民美國，估計還要數年之後，想請教8老師，可以排期到後，隻申請妹妹和她女兒嗎？

這樣會不會影響妹妹和她女兒的簽證？

另外，過些年後如果妹夫家裏的事情結束了，如果想再申請綠卡，通過妹妹或者女兒吧，移民官會不會不批準呢？
