妹妹的女兒美國大學畢業，現在美國，身份為OPT，明年排期到時應該還是OPT身份。我計算了她的超齡保護，排期到時減去保護期未超過21歲。
我的問題是
1. 想一收到通知信就把外甥女所有的資料提交上去，加名字，申請超齡保護，這樣可以嗎？
-Yes.
2. 最後麵簽時是否孩子必需回中國簽證呢？
-Not necessary. But if she choose this way and if NVC send you the documents about the immigrant visa application which do not include the child, then you can contact NVC and ask NVC to send the separate document for the child to apply for the immigrant visa using CSPA benefits.
有可能在美國辦理嗎？
-Yes. But only if after her mother enters US using the immigrant visa, then can the child file I-485 to get the green card within US. The child has to keep her legal status (e.g. F-1) until she files I-485.
