First, thank anyone who will answer my question.
I lost my job during budget cutting. I applied for B visa after that. I got a receipt letter from Immigration Bureau. Never have I received any approval letter since that. Not sure what happened. Two possibilities: (1) they approved and sent out the letter, but the letter was lost; (2) they dismissed the case, not making any decision.
I got a new job now. My question is: how should I do the H1B transfer? Do I have to travel back to China in both scenarios?
Would appreciate any help.
