這情形，能拿到SSN嗎？

B2 來美，年底剛跟美國公民結婚，還沒有申請綠卡，即將要file 的2015 income tax return 想要file Married Filing Jointly. 請問這情形能申請到social security number 嗎？  打算file 了tax return 再遞綠卡申請表。請指點，謝謝。
