請教8老師，已收到I-797，告知I-130申請已經批準，但是不能提起調整身份申請。申請人是綠卡持有者，受益人持F-1簽證，現在美國境內。為什麽I-130批準了，卻不能調整身份？

-Your priority date (PD) has to be current, then the beneficiary can file I-485. Check the Visa Bulleitn every month to see whether your PD is current at this website:
