請教8老師，為什麽I-130已經批準，卻不能申請調整身份？

請教8老師，已收到I-797，告知I-130申請已經批準，但是不能提起調整身份申請。申請人是綠卡持有者，受益人持F-1簽證，現在美國境內。為什麽I-130批準了，卻不能調整身份？是否跟受益人是part-time student有關？非常感謝8老師！
