本人H1b，公司在加州，被派到密州的合資企業工作，（LCA上雇主在加州，工作地點在密州）。現在要提交485申請，雇傭證明是應該由加州公司出還是目前我在密州工作的老板出？

-The letter had better be issued by Human Resources. If there is HR at the location you work in MI State, then get ithe letter there. Otherwise, get it from CA.

LCA是否需要隨485一起提交？

-No. Only the copy of H-1 approval notice with the I-94 is needed.
