that is what your lawyer actually meant.
Anyway, your lawyer sucks because hoding an advanced degree is a prerequisite for such petition.
If I were you, I will file a new petition at once. Also, try to get some $ bcak from your lawyer by arguing that he just ruined your case without understanding the basics. good luck.
