８老師你好，我前段時間問過你關於我公婆綠卡和回美問題：
我公公的綠卡在今年６月批了，我婆婆的還沒批，他們去年８月回的國，AP 是去年８月批的。這周我接到一封信要我婆婆
重新打指紋和做體檢（I-６９３），說是過期了，１１月５號去打指紋，可我婆婆現在在中國，爾且最近他們不想來。我和我老公很著急，８老師，請幫忙看我們該怎麽辦讓我婆婆拿到綠卡？謝謝８老師！

-It seems your mother in law's AP expired, right? If so, she can not rteturn to US to do the physical exam and biometrics. Thus, her I-485 will be denied.

If her I-485 is denied, you can file I-824 to ask USCIS to forward the I-130 to NVC for process for her to apply for the immigrant visa in China.
