2014年5月申請父母的綠卡，2015年4月收到通知“We registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice.”和“We ordered your new card.”，但是過了3天後又收到通知“We reopened your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, and are reconsidering our earlier decision.”，到現在一直沒有消息，請問8老師等前輩請問我們除了等待還能做些什麽？

-Have your parents received their green card yet? If yes, just ignore "3天後又收到通知". If not yet, then they need to contact USCIS to see what happened by calling or visiting the local USCIS Office.
