請教I-485批準後又被reopen的問題

2014年5月申請父母的綠卡，2015年4月收到通知“We registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice.”和“We ordered your new card.”，但是過了3天後又收到通知“We reopened your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, and are reconsidering our earlier decision.”，到現在一直沒有消息，請問8老師等前輩請問我們除了等待還能做些什麽？
