老公也不急著要EAD或者綠卡，也可能會考慮等我拿了綠卡後他再申請。所以還想弄清以下問題：
1. 我給他交了130後，在130 Pending期間，他能用TN出入境和工作嗎？
-As I said before, you don't need to file I-130. As long as your I-140 priority date is current, your spouse can file I-485 any time if he is in US even if after you get the green card. Thus, he can renew his TN any time before he files I-485.  If he is in Canada, you just need to file I-824 for him to get the immigration visa there by following to join.

2. 130 批準後，在交485前， 還能用TN出入境和工作嗎？ 若不能，那他是什麽身份？
3. 交了基於I-130的485也能像I-140的485一樣去申請EAD和AP嗎？
