請教8老師：NIW 485 EVL 問題

NIW 485 EVL 上麵除了注明Job title, salary, job duties (research), 需要注明這份工作是長期性的嗎？
（在學校做Senior Biological Scientist, HR 不是很好說話，感覺他們不會願意寫這些話）
