我拿到EAD就想換一個工作。如果添了這句話“This position has no definite term and Dr. XXX (your name) has the expectation to be employed continually."遲些時候如果 485 RFE會不會被認為跟這話不相符？
-No problem. Because most jobs in US is at-will, you can change your mind and job any time you want (this is human right protected by the US Constitution).
