六個月前同時為我父母申請綠卡，今天接到通知我父親綠卡已批，真的很高興，但對我母親的I-１３０，我也接到下麵的通知：

You submitted a "Notatial Certificate" translation of both your birth certificates. According to the Department of State's Foreign Affairs Manual, Appendix C:
Chinese notarial certificates are considered to be secondary evidence. Therefore, one of the following official documents must be submitted in support of the notarial certificates of bitth for you and the beneficiary:
Birth Certificate
Hospital Certificate
Family Hosehold Registry
Family Hosehold Register Form
Booklet issued by the Province's Health Department regarding the birth
any other prof of your parent child relationships, such as photos, etc.
All foerign documents must accompany with English translation, please returen the requested docments along with this letter in 87 days to the above address.
８老師，對我父母的綠卡申請，我送的同樣的材料，為什麽我父親綠卡批了，但還要我母親的資料？
-I don't know. Some IO is just too picky. You don't have a choice and have to provide what they asked. If you have 戶口本 (even if it is old) which has your name and your parents' names there, it will be ideal to do the 戶口本公證. Also provide some photos showing you and your mother together. Otherwise, you may ask the local Chinese 派出所出個證明 to address the family relationship between you and your family, then go to 公證處 to do the 家庭關係證明公證。
８老師，能請告訴我怎麽做？需不需要送一張我父親綠卡複印件讓移民局知道我們是一家人？
