８老師,before I got your reply, I have called USCIS officer and asked them what's the information they really needed.
also I told him my father's approved and I sent the same birth certificate from China for me, my father and my mother, why my US citizenship was approved and my father's green card approved and they still need the info for my mother's? and the office thought they might made a mistake for my mother's case and created a case to electronicly send a service request to U.S Department of Homeland Security in San Francisco and gave me a confirmation number for the case he created and asked me to call them if I didn't get their response by mail by July 30th, and I asked him what he wrote in the case, he told me he added my father's information and case number in the letter to ask why the same information, one approved and another still needed to get the information.
很後悔不應該提到我父親的綠卡，隻問我母親的，可沒想到他通過我的名子和生日卻查到了我父親的case number and add his number in my mother's case,

８老師，這會不會對我父親有影響? 他們會不會取消我父親的綠卡呢？
-Not at all! You may just follow the immigration officer's instruction to follow up your mother's case some time later (you may visit the local USCIS Office, if necessary).
