本人兩年前規劃美國公民，兒子還未辦美國公民和美國護照，現已超過18歲，想改個名字，不知實否得通過file N-600取得公民紙才能改名字？各位有這種相似的經驗嗎？多謝！
-Name change is irrelevant to N-600 filing. Your child may just change his name in the court, then file N-600 because there is not name change option in N-600 filing.
