我的I-485 pending 一年多了，I-140已批。最近找了個新工作，在我看來，新工作與現工作不論title和工作性質都是完全一樣的。可是新公司的律師問我要ETA9089(PERM)的批準件,以便弄清楚the "exact" job description and wage specified in the approved ETA9089. 可是現公司的律師說必須公司批準才能給我。我現在還沒有跟公司說要走，因為要轉H-1B, 還不到時候。新公司的律師說如果通過其他途徑，比如I-140 petition, 能夠弄到這兩個信息也可以，可是我也沒有找到。像這種情況我該怎麽辦？

還有其他途徑，可以查到我的ETA9089嗎？
-No. But your I-485 portability is irrelevant to your new company and thus, you don't need to report it to your new employer/lawyer (you don't need to care them), and not need to do anything to USCIS. Also H-1B transfer is irrelevant to the I-485 portability. If USCIS send you RFE for your employment status, you just need to provide the job offer later or employment verification letter from the new employer.
