-Correct.
But my concern is when USCIS send me RFE for my employment status, and my job offer or employment verification letter have the job description, and wage not being exactly the same as the job description on PERM, what will happen to my I-485 approval?
-Not affect it. As long as you still work in the same/similar field (not need to be the exact same job title, job responsibilities or same salary), your I-485 will be fine.


Wage will be more, that is for sure.
