去年H1B沒抽到。公司同意用CPT工作，然後今年申請H1B.現在已經抽到簽.
但是公司因為某些原因，我隻幹到昨天為止。但是公司跟我說他們跟律師談過了，律師叫他們不要WITHDRAW H1B直到10月1日。

 現在的問題是：
1）我的夏季CPT是開到8月23日的。而且CPT上的公司名字是剛離開的這家公司。公司說會給我VACATION PAY.那麽我是否要跟公司
確認哪天是最後一個PAY DATE?
-Your employment termination date should be listed in the termination letter.

我現在可以找工作，但是我是否要跟學校ISO說不在那兒工作了，還是要等到找到新工作後再換CPT上麵的公司名字?
-You need to keep your F-1 status valid no matter when you stop working for your current employer. You don't need to register the course in the summer time, but have to register the full time course in the full semester until you get the new job and do the H-1 transfer after Oct. 1.  If you do not register the full time course in the Fall semester, you may just go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back after you find a job and do the H-1 transfer. Talk to your lawyer, anyway.

2)我申請H1B的職位是SENIOR DATA ANALYST.我再找的工作TRANSFER H1B是否也必須是這個方向。
-No, but have to be related to your degree area/major.
 
3)我是否要跟剛離開的公司講等到我的新工作的公司TRANSFER H1B後再WITHDRAW？
-Need to talk to them not to withdraw the H-1, at least not do it before Oct. 1..

我覺得是他們沒必要WITHDRAW H1B的。
