按照8老師說的，找出receipt, on the bottom of the receipt, it says:
USCIS office Address:
USCIS
National Benefits Center
P.O.Box 648003
Lee's Summit, MO 64002

1. 那我應該怎麽填place of filing ?
就寫National Benefits Center嗎？

2. 請問大家的130和485 concurrent petition都是寄到national benefits centers嗎？我還以為我們是加州的應該去california service center。 8老師說有些case會轉去national benefit center,這個會影響到辦理的速度嗎？哪個center會快些呢？
