８老師答：-It is the USCIS Service Center where your I-130 was filed, such as Texas Service Center, Nebraska Service Center

請問8老師怎麽知道是which service center, 我給媽媽是file 130 and 485 concurrently, 寄往Chicago的一個地址。 現在收到的receipt starts with MSC15****. 這是哪一個service center呢？能從收據上找到嗎?
-In the bottom of the I-130 receipt, you should find the Service Center.
MSC means "National Benefits Center" in Missouri.  Sometimes USCIS transfer some cases to National Benefits Center for processing.
