從拿到綠卡到現在4年9個月，在準備N-400表中。拿到綠卡後我在美國待了一年一個月左右，然後兩年半時間不在美國，這兩年半中我每半年入境一次待幾天到一個星期不等，進關時沒有麻煩，所以沒有離開超過6個月。然後為了入籍要在美國住滿兩年半的時間要求，我去年搬了回來，到現在一年多了。總得來說就是拿到綠卡的5年後（現在4年9個月），在海外住了兩年半，半年回來登陸一次，在美國的居留時間還要3個月後才滿兩年半的要求，請問大家我現在可以file N-400嗎，還是要等到在美國居留這部分時間滿兩年半？

然後是N-400表上Part 4 Information about Your Residence和Part 8 Time outside US的問題。我不住在美國的時候，是用朋友的地址收信，然後填AR-11表換地址也是用的朋友的地址，沒有和移民局登記我在海外的地址。但是填稅表的時候又用了國外的地址，也報了國外收入。請問Part 4過

去5年的住址，我是應該填寫海外地址（2個地址，一個住了一年多，一個住了大半年），
-Yes, it is your actual. residence address.

還是用美國的朋友的地址？海外地址沒有AR-11登記過，會不會有麻煩？
-No problem. AR-11 only applies to the address change within US.  Because you are a foreigner,  USCIS does not care where you live after you leave US (it is not their business).

我填Part 8離開美國天數的時候，在海外的天數是要如實填寫的。我主要擔心在海外這兩年半，雖然每次出境到回來登陸入境沒超過6個月，會不會還是被認為break residence什麽的？
-You need to report it honestly (tell the truth), and let USCIS make a decision. You can appeal later if they make a wrong decision on you.
