來美國第一次入境是H1b簽證，後來轉過J2, 再後來又轉成H1b（現在的工作）。

那麽申485時，要不要把以前的i797和2019 表都附上呢？

主要是我有一段健康原因的逾期滯留，在第一個i797有效期後（小於180天），以前問8老師回答說不要特殊說明。但是我現在不知道，如果以前的i797和2019表都一起上交的話，是不是移民官一下就會看到我有一段空著的時間？（也許這時移民管還可能以為我那段時間不在美國？）
-Provide all the status documents (e.g. H-1 approval notice, I-94, J-2 approval notice with I-94, etc.) since your latest/last entry.

可是舊護照要交嗎？
-No, but need to provide the copy of the visa page which you used for your latest/last entry.

 如果移民官把各階段的身份表格和護照對照看，就會看出我的逾期滯留。
-If you worry, you may go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back, thus your status record will be re-counted from the date of your latest entry.


 是不是即使移民官看到這個逾期滯留，他也不會太有可能發rfe給我呢？因為實際上不超過180天的逾期是可以申請綠卡的？
