多謝8老師，我忘了說我是作為配偶申請綠卡，主申請人是我先生，是不是還是按照您說的隻交最後一次入境以來的文件就行了？

我是身份逾期後，出境，然後重新拿到J2簽證回美的，然後在美國境內換H1b（現在的工作）的。
-Then, you do not have any status problem. Just provide the J-2 status proof and your current H-1 status proof. Not need to mention your previous 身份逾期 for the I-485 filing.
