我是公民，已為姐姐申請移民，在等排期. 兩年前，姐姐拿到探親簽證，帶女兒來美. 機場問話時沒準備又緊張，被反複問來美目的. 她特老實話又多，把前因後果自己的考慮打算都說了出來， 就是原先有考慮過讓孩子在這上半年學，但中國學校不讓，一定要孩子放棄學籍，所以現在隻能是探親。 結果海關馬上說來美目的和簽證不符，原機遣返. 姐姐的簽證被寫上cancel, 海關說他們不會留記錄，隻是讓她回去重新簽證。
兩年已過，她現在想再帶女兒來過暑假。
1. 簽證有一攔要填簽證是否被取消過，及解釋。請問該怎麽填？
-Say "Yes", then explain it. Did the officer write the reason of visa cancellation? If yes, just put the reason in the new visa application form. If no, just write something like that " I was unable to convince the CBP officer at the port of entry that I did not have immigration intent".
2. 她有可能簽過麽？幾率會不會特別小？
3. 再來機場會不會被特別嚴查？
-I don't know.
4. 如果再次被機場海關刁難，我是否可以先找好律師，去機場保她出關？
-No. Lawyer can not do anything about it (it is not violation of law).
