新年快樂。我知道h4今年 5月份就可以申請EAD了。我想請教您的問題是：如果h4在2014年的稅表上需要付self employment taxes (自己開公司），是不是仍然算身份違例，

會對將來遞485造成影響（排期還沒到）。
-Depends on how long you worked illegally. You had better go to China to get the H-4 visa to come back before you file I-485, then you will be OK no matter how long you worked illegally.

還是說因為H4 在2015年獲得了EAD，移民局從而允許有Self employment, 甚至包括2015年以前都允許有self employment?
-No. Before you get the EAD, any employment is violation of the law.
