-If USCIS find the record of your illegal work, you will have trouble. Of course, normally they may not check it until after you file I-485. You had better go to China to get the H-4 visa to reenter US as soon as possible.

遞485時，需要交tax return嗎？
-No. But every time you get paid for your work, the employer will report it to IRS, and USCIS will find it from there when they check it.

如果需要交，上麵不就顯示交了self employment tax麽，

回中國申請一次h4簽證is it still OK？
-Yes.
