請問8老師跟PJ老師，

我現在是F2B親屬移民， PD 08年4月，因為我人在美國工作，想等PD變CURRENT就直接寄485，所以最近開始準備485文件

可是我發現我的I-797 approval notice不見了。隻剩下receipt notice。

I-485 裏麵initial evidence 第10項寫著他要 Attach a copy of the approval notice

那麽我到時可以隻寄出receipt notice的 COPY嗎？
-You had better get the duplicate of the I-130 approval notice for I-485 filing. You might think USCIS could look up the I-130 approval on its own, but the agency is rarely willing to do that

 因為這件事我在USCIS file 了一個online request 要他重新寄一份APPROVAL給我，他回了封信件到我家說你的case 在09年就寄出approval notice 了，沒有return的紀錄，如果我想要copy 可以file I-824。

請問我可以把這封信當成approval evidence嗎？

還是我應該盡快用824申請一份approval copy？
-You can file I-824 to get the duplicate (you need to pay I-824 filing fee). Another option is to file a FOIA request for the copy of your I-130 approval file. It can take several months to get a response back, but it is free to do it (no fee). Look at www.uscis.gov/foia for more information.
