我8月被雷，找了個公司轉h1。因為專業不對口，一直在找合適工作。現在有一家要我
下下周一去上班，但是隻能用ead。

下周一，485才滿180天。昨晚查140狀態還是approval，律師等現在沒有收到移民局140
撤銷的confirmation。

今天問律師意見，她說：1 移民局經常一兩個月才做出回應；2 即使之前雇主在180天
後withdraw，因為信上寫的離職時間是180天前，所以485還是保不住的。
-Not true. You will be fine if the I-140 is withdrawn after I-485 pending is  > 180 days, especially you were laid off, not intended to quit the job.

 到底怎麽回事？按withdraw140的時間算還是信上離職時間算？

我應該怎麽辦？我已經拿到新公司offer，各種檢查都做完。難道臨時和他們說我不去
