1. 也就是說隻要140在180天後撤銷就行，和我啥時候離職沒關係，對吧？
-Right.

2. 您說的，我被雷而不是自己辭職，是什麽意思，對485review有啥影響？
-Normally most employers will not withdraw the approved I-140 because it does not matter to them and no law requires them to do that. This is different from H-1.

3. 有人建議我做info pass確定140的狀態。可是140是公司的，移民官不會給查吧。還有什麽途徑知道140的狀態（網上經常不更新）？如果info pass，怎麽說才能讓移民官給查呢？
-Only the lawyer or the employer can check the status of PERM based I-140. 
我的新工作需要大量出差，萬一140出了問題，我就回不來了，所以擔心很多
