多謝好人悉心指教！以我母親的身體，短期內坐飛機有生命危險。看來隻有轉為在廣州申請移民簽證了。歎啊！連夜查了下I-824的資料，疑問不少，希望能百忙之中幫我指一下。先謝過！（真的很不好意思）

1、I-130是9月初批準的，I-485是10月初拒的。提交I-824有沒有期限？比如30天內？
-No time limit. You can file it any time and it is irrelevant to the I-485 denial.

2、I-824表和申請費之外，還需要提交什麽材料？

這個是針對已經批準的I-130的，I-130複印件就夠了吧？
-Correct.  Copies of the original I-130 filed, the I-130 approval notice and your certificate of naturalization.

3、如果以我的名義（petitioner）申請I-824，母親（applicant）的簽名要讓她從國內寄給我，再提交USCIS，對吧？
-It is you  to file I-824, not your mother. After USCIS approve your I-824, they will forward the case to National Visa Center (NVC) for process and NVC will contact you and you just follow NVC instructions to do whatever they ask you to do. After NVC complete their process, they will forward the case to the US Consulate,  and the Consulate will contact your mother for the visa interview.

4、她的住址這下要填國內了，mailing address（就是批準材料）應該給我比較妥當？因為如果讓NVC直接把信息和表格（所謂的移民簽證3號郵包或Package 3）寄給我母親，她不會填。

5、“申請人及其家人完成Package 3的準備並寄回給美國國家簽證中心”，這是寄美領館，還是在美國的office？

6、同時申請的，我父親的綠卡下來了，沒想到母親的情況變得這麽複雜。不想再犯錯誤了（其實也不應該是我們的問題），是否請律師辦保險些？心力交瘁。母親剛犯了幾次心髒病，最後來美國跟我團聚是她的精神支柱，現在都不敢告訴她實情。

中國就沒個美國認的指紋處？
-Not need, but need the non-criminal record from China (the Consulate will give your mother the list of required documents).

就是個指紋，氣死了。
