打電話去USCIS，說讓遞I-824，要交$405。瘋了嗎？太過分 了。我申請延期才花$290。
-You don't have a choice if it is your fault to lose it. Of course, you don't need to get it if you will stay in US and will apply for green card in US later.

請問８老師，能去local office問問嗎？沒預約,能去嗎?怎麽預約啊？
