請問８老師, B-2延期批準信大概丟了，怎麽辦？

打電話去USCIS，說讓遞I-824，要交$405。瘋了嗎？太過分 了。我申請延期才花$290。請問８老師，能去local office問問嗎？沒預約,能去嗎?怎麽預約啊？
