請問在美國境內 h4 轉 j1 現在需要幾個月？

j1 簽證，在豁免之後，可以遞交140 和 485表嗎？
-You can file I-140 any time even before the J-1 waive, but I-485 filing is dependent on whether the priority date is current or not after J-1 waiver.
