1）就是說485遞交必需是在豁免之後？
-Correct and the PD also has to be current after J-1 waive.
2）看大家都是j1 轉了h1 or o1 後才遞交綠卡申請，很少見 在 j1 身份下遞交綠卡申請的， 是不是對於同一個人來說 j1 申請綠卡容易被拒？
-You only can file I-140 without J-1 waive. People normally don't file I-140 before waive because if you do it, you can not extend J-1 within US and can not get the J-1 visa when you visit China due to immigration intent.
