1. 和無綠卡探親程序有何不同？
-He needs to abandon the green card, and then apply for the B2 visa at the same time or later in any one of the US Consulates in China.

2. 如何能恢複綠卡？如何操作？
-After he enters US again using B2 visa, you can sponsor him green card application again as you did before, or sponsor him to apply for immigration visa in China if he does not enter US after he abandons his invalid green card.
