我家也有類似問題.請問:
1)放棄綠卡後去簽B2會不會很難通過?
-Should have no problem, and it is the same as reglar B2 application.

2)如果持失效的綠卡(在國內因病逾期停留超過兩年,但綠卡還沒有過期)進入海關會被拒絕入境而遣返嗎?
-It is very possible.
3) 還是綠卡可能會被海關沒收,但準許入境,去移民法庭申訴?
-It is also possible, but you will not win case unless you have very strong evidence and will be deport after you lose the case.
