8老師,謝謝您的指點. 雖然律師還是沒有會我的email,但是我昨天晚上收到USCIS 的auto email saying:

On May 8, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

既然140已經批了，我也就不用再理會律師之前讓我重新file 140的信了。 多謝您的指導。
