回複：急問8老師：父母綠卡申請出生公證被移民局認為insufficient

給父母辦綠卡I-130申請過程遇到麻煩，希望8老師和其他專家給出出主意。
去年8月，130和485同時遞交上去，已打指模，但上周收到移民局舊金山Field Office的RFE，說是：Notarial birth certificate are not acceptable，可接受的是：birth cerfificate (not notarial)等。但我們都知道中國以前沒有birth certificate呀，隻有公證處出具的出生公證，而且我周圍很多人就是用同樣的證據。請教8老師我該如何應答這個RFE？先謝過！
-Recently there are some people who have the same problem as yours and I don't know why some USCIS officers do not trust the 公證處出具的出生公證. Normally these USCIS officers require you to provide the 戶口本公證. So, if you have the old 戶口本 which contains your parents' names and your name, you may provide this 戶口本公證.
