緊急求助python2012，非常感謝您的指教。還有一些問題想請教。

我的Last day 是下周五（2月28日），公司說Once you stop working you are technically "out of status"。並且說公司will withdraw your H-1B within 30 days of your termination。這將是3月30日。

你建議的上策對我已經不可能。想證實一下，GAP應該是從2月28日開始？采用中策我必須在2月28日前離開？

公司HR建議盡快找到新公司，或者Change your status to a B2 (tourist)。想請教：

轉成B2，如果新公司聘用我，能否延續我現有的H1B，或我隻有TN一條路走？

能否指點轉成B2的利和弊？

如果要轉B2，有何規定？也要在2月28日前filing? 若果轉B2是否可以自己轉？請指點，
