幫父母申請綠卡，隻給父親提交了I-130，給父親和母親各提交了一份I-485，母親的I-485以父親家屬的身份提交（Part 2, b, derivative status for spouses and children。但是今天麵試的時候被告知母親的I-485被拒絕，原因是不能用part 2, b來申請I-485, 必須要提交自己的I-130。
-You made big mistake. You need to file a separate I-130 for your mother's I-485. My suggestion to you is that you file an I-130 and your mother files another new I-485 together with your I-130 now. Thus, your mother just needs to stay in US for the I-485 approval, not need to leave US. Her unlawful presence does not affect her I-485 approval.
