當時我提交申請的時候太大意了，以為和I-140 / I-485一樣，母親的I-485可以ride on父親的Ｉ-485,所以沒有細問，就提交了申請，現在才知道鑄下大錯。

但是母親已經和父親一起在麵試第二天離開了美國回國了，家裏麵有事情，實在不能在美國停留了。現在的問題是：

１）母親回國後還能再申請B1/B2簽證嗎？
-No due to immigration intent.

她這次美國居留的時間已經超過了一年，估計簽證官很容易看到這個問題。

２）如果母親隻能通過移民簽證來到美國，這個過程大約要多長時間？
-If you file I-130 now, it normally takes about 1 to 2 years or more, case by case. By the way, did your mother file I-485 before her B2 I-94 expires? If she had unlawful presence > 180 days, she will be subjected to 3- or 10 year bar. That means she can not be allowed to enter US within 3 years or 10 years (if illegal stay > one year).

３）在國內申請移民簽證的成功率多高？
-Very high.

４）現在我父親的綠卡馬上寄到，那麽他是否必須６個月以內返回美國？
-Have to return to US within one year.
