1. 為了滿足兩年共同生活的要求，在收養前去辦旅遊探親簽證，還是收養後去辦簽證，哪個獲得簽證的可能性大？-Hard to predict.
2. 如果收養前辦簽證成功，6個月簽證到期後，續簽成的可能性大嗎？-It is possible. 如不成，留下來沒有了身份，如何處理？-You can become a US citizen, then the child can apply for the green card two years later. The child unlawful presence does not affect his/her green card application.
到了美國之後，再回中國辦收養手續嗎？-I am not sure. You had better ask the related department in China to see whether you can adopt the child when the child is in US.
3. 如果收養後辦簽證，應該申請哪一類簽證？-B2.
4. 如果我轉成公民（我可以轉成公民）， 這個收養能行通嗎？-Yes. Then the child can apply for the immigration visa to enter US after adoption. But the procedure is complicate for a US citizen to adopt a child from China because you need to follow both adoption policies of China and US. You had better hire a lawyer or at least consult a lawyer for this kind of issue.
