配偶的離婚協議書上最後有一句話："本調解書經雙方當事人簽收後，即具法律效力"。我的朋友翻譯成："This mediation agreement will be legally effective once it is signed by both parties".我的理解是"簽收"意思是在簽收簿上簽字，表示收到了。而"it is signed by both parties"表示兩人要在離婚調解書上簽字。
實際上調解書上並沒有簽字. 這樣的翻譯會不會是個問題? 要怎樣補救？
