Q1. – 我父母的戶口不在一起, even they live in the same place, but the addresses, shown on their birth certificate notarization, Criminal history notarization   and marriage Notarization, are different.-It does not matter.

 

 

So, how to fill it out?-Their address is the place where they actually/physically live.



 Follow the notarizations? USCIS 會核對forms with 公證地址嗎?

 

 

 

 

 

Q2. – My parents have retired many years, 他們以前的單位改了名字或是不存在了, 怎樣填寫?-Just put "retired"

 

 

 

 

 

Q3- I will file I-130, I-485, and I-131 in one package to the address below, not matter where I will file from?
