非常感謝8老師！再問: parents’ address in China.

Q1. – 我父母的戶口不在一起, even they live in the same place, but the addresses, shown on their birth certificate notarization, Criminal history notarization   and marriage Notarization, are different.

So, how to fill it out? Follow the notarizations? USCIS 會核對forms with 公證地址嗎?

 

Q2. – My parents have retired many years, 他們以前的單位改了名字或是不存在了, 怎樣填寫?

 

Q3- I will file I-130, I-485, and I-131 in one package to the address below, not matter where I will file from?

萬分感謝! 填表填得太緊張了,一些 common sense 的東西 都想不明白了. 自己感覺頭都大了.
